My stay at Travelodge By Wyndham Ottawa West was far from what I expected. Although the location was convenient for getting to Ottawa, the condition of the hotel was quite disappointing, with many broken facilities. On a positive note, the staff were lovely and tried their best to accommodate us amidst the chaos. However, the dirty surroundings and poor breakfast options really detracted from the experience. 😞
